A. About Product

1. What is the MAX/MIN heat settings？

The minimum temperature is 265°F (130°C) and the maximum temperature is 410°F (210°C).

2. How long does it take to heat up?
The brush takes approximately 60 seconds to heat up to the default temperature of 410°F (210°C).

3. What is the Voltage?
100-240V, it’s universal voltage.

B. How To Operate?

1. How do I change the temperature?

Press the power button to change the temperature.

2. How to turn off my brush?

That’s easy! Press the power button for 3 seconds till the lights flash in the loop and then pull plug off.

3.Can I use the Melbang Straightening Brush on wet or damp hair?

While you can use the straightening brush on damp or towel dried hair, we strongly discourage it. Not only is it potentially damaging and bad for your hair health, it also provides inferior results when compared to using the brush on dry hair.

4. Is the Melbang Straightening Brush suitable for all hair types?

Yes, it is!

5. Any tips and tricks? (for best results)

To achieve maximum shine and sleekness, section your hair when you straighten it, this will help the bristles to directly glide through each and every strand of your tresses. You can also run the brush from under the sections with its bristles upwards to add volume and body to your locks. Lastly, you can hold on to the tips of your hair as you’re brushing it to apply consistent pressure and make sure that your hair has direct and contact with the bristles..

C．After Sale

1. How do I clean the Melbang Straightening Brush?
Before you do anything to the brush, make sure that it’s unplugged and completely cooled down. To clean the brush, use a small fiber brush, Q-tip or cloth to gently wipe the bristles and the base of the brush, do this regularly to avoid product and hair build-up that can damage your tool and hair.

2．What Is the warranty period?

3-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, for any defects from the manufacturing process.
The warranty does not cover any damage from accidents, misuse, tampering, neglecting safety precautions or other unforeseeable usage.
