Warranty Policy
Melbang offers a 100% warranty replacement within 365 days of purchase (proof of purchase is required).
Our warranty, either expressed or implied, does not cover:
- Any physical damage caused misuse and mishandling by the user.Products that have been dropped, damaged, misused, abused, altered or unauthorized modified due to user negligence.
 - If the product has been damaged through foreign objects, substances or accident.
 - Any of the product components that are subject to natural wear and tear caused by normal use in accordance with operating instructions.
 
If a product is:
(1) No longer covered under one year manufacturer’s warranty.
(2) Considered void of warranty.
In order for your submitted product to be considered covered by Melbang’s one year warranty, you must include a valid copy of the original purchase receipt indicating the product was purchased from an authorized vendor, along with a purchase date of no greater than three hundred and sixty five (365) days prior to the date of your submission.
All product repairs and replacements, regardless of warranty coverage, are subject to the standard return shipping and handling fees charged to all Melbang customers. To cover the cost of shipping and handling, you may pay through an online link. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept personal checks, international personal checks, international money orders, cash or other forms of payment, except as specifically stated in this disclosure, for shipping and handling fees.
For return addresses within the continental United States, the return shipping and handling fee is Twenty United States (U.S.) Dollars ($20.00 USD). For return addresses located in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada, additional shipping and handling fees may apply. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees that may apply.
If you are not able to print the Replacement Form, you must include along with your product a letter containing your name, address, phone number, a detailed note to the technicians describing the issue you are having with your product, and (if possible) a copy of your original receipt.
