SHIPPING
- All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
 - You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
 - If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
 - We will NOT be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address as a result of the customer's mistake or misspelling of the shipping address.
 - It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make certain that she or he enters the address correctly. Please double-check the address you enter and make sure it is valid for the
 - Our packages cannot be forwarded to a different address in the case of an incorrect address. The shipping address entered must be the final location of the shipment.
 - Melbangis not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
 - International Shipping Policy:Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties, tarrifs, taxes, etc., which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible for any charges for customs clearance, so please know your countries policies before ordering.
 - We have the right to cancel orders at any time due to any reason.
 - We may use information provided to contact the customer / buyer if there is a problem with an order.
 
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand by our products so we offer a 14 day Unconditional Guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your product in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip for a full refund less shipping. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
- Return policy applied to appliances only.All other items are not returnable and non refundable.
 - Melbangdoes not accept COD’s for returned items. Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
 - Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your return:
1) Contact our customer service through e-mail.
2)Re-pack the product(s) in its original packaging and include all warranty cards, manuals and accessories and protective packaging. (To be accepted for return, all products must be returned in the original box containing all original product packaging and accessories.)
3) Fill out the back of your invoice noting reason for return. This will help you to provide us with the details that will make your return process as fast and simple as possible. 
Return process time:
1) Please allow 7-10 business days for all returns to be processed after receipt of items.
2) Once processed, credits should appear on your original payment method within 14business days.
3) Original shipping is not refundable and a 15% handling fee is applied to all returns.
